Genetic data are often very complex because of their abundance and the formats in which they can be presented (depending on the technology of origin). Depending on the scientific questions relating to our different themes, a variety of statistical methods can be useful. Thus, we are developing IT tools allowing the cleaning and standardization of data, often received in raw form, and their integration into automatic analysis pipelines using a certain number of existing tools. We work most often on human genetic variation data (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) and clinical measurement data.
